Do you come to me?

Yes, we are fully mobile. We will come to your personal residence, workplace, care home, vacation rental and more!

Do you bring a portable table?

We bring everything to create the same experience you would have visiting a physical clinic location. All we require from you is a safe and clean space to set up and access to a sink for us to wash our hands.

Do you also have a clinic location?

No, we are a fully mobile massage and health care company. Occasionally we do collaborate with local businesses and have physical pop-up locations (past venues include Esquimalt Rec Center & KWENCH Work & Culture Club).

Do you offer direct billing?

Yes, we offer direct billing with most insurance companies, including Veteran’s Affairs, RCMP and CAF, ICBC and WorkSafe BC.

Do you massage children?

Yes! For children < 12, we have the option to add on a 15min or 30min child massage to any adult massage (if you have two or more children who would like a massage, we will book one full rate 30 minute appointment and one child add on appointment).

Do you offer chair massage for workplaces?

Absolutely. We curate massage programs for businesses which may include chair massage or table massage, non-rmt relaxation or RMT.

Do you offer deep tissue massage?

Yes, when necessary. All therapists can provide light to deep pressure. Deep pressure is not always best for everyone and can cause further harm to soft tissue. We encourage you to communicate with your therapist about what you want and pressure can vary and adapt throughout your treatment. Communication is key and our team is happy to curate the best treatment for you!

We direct bill to ICBC: Have you been involved in a motor vehicle incident? If so, you qualify for 12 pre-approved Massage Therapy visits, 12 Acupuncture Visits and 12 Athletic Therapist/Kinesiologist visits.

‍For Massage Therapy, ICBC will cover $118.65 toward your initial visit and $89.25 towards subsequent visits. You are responsible for paying remaining amounts.

‍For Acupuncture, ICBC will cover $111 towards your initial visit and $94 towards subsequent visits. You are responsible for paying remaining amounts.

‍For Athletic Therapy & Kinesiology: For crashes before May 1st, 2021, your initial assessment is fully covered by ICBC. For subsequent visits, ICBC will cover $85.05. For crashes after May 1st, 2021, ICBC will cover $106.05 towards your initial assessment. For subsequent visits, ICBC will cover $85.05. Patients are responsible for remaining amounts.

Date of the Motor Vehicle Incident (MVI) Name & contact information of your case manager

We direct bill to MSP and they will cover $23 toward your Registered Massage Therapy visit (note: a combined maximum of 10 visits per patient per calendar year applies to Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Naturopath & Physical Therapy). You are responsible for paying remaining amounts.
