Gabby holds a Bachelors Degree in Athletic Therapy from Camosun College and is a certified Athletic Therapist (CAT(C)), Kinesiologist (BCAK), Personal Trainer (CSEP-CPT) as well as a Canadian Red Cross Certified First Responder.
Born in Oregon, raised in Montreal, and now living in Victoria, Gabby has found a love for being outdoors on the West Coast. Growing up, Gabby was always active and playing sports and is now a cheerleader with Pacific Cheer Empire and loves to weight train in her free time.
With field experience with rugby and soccer, Gabby understands the demand of sport and how to rehab accordingly. Also, Gabby has clinical experience with the general public including dealing with individuals with chronic diseases. She has recently found a passion for women's health through her studies in pregnancy fitness and uses her understanding in breath, core and pelvic floor to help pre and postpartum women move functionally without pain.
In her treatment process, Gabby believes in educating clients on the benefits of exercise and focusing on achieving pain free movement that allows clients to lead a functional and healthy life.
When not treating or training, you can find Gabby hanging out with her family, friends or doing anything in the outdoors.
