Holly Ouellette is excited to serve the Bear Mountain & Florence Lake commmunities exclusively.
In 2011, Holly earned a degree from York University in Environmental Studies. During these formative years, she discovered her passion for cycling and travel which led her to complete several multi-day cycling adventures across Canada.
Her thirst for adventure, cycling, and love of the outdoors brought her to beautiful Victoria BC.
Since arriving in Victoria, Holly has become a part of Victoria’s thriving athletic community. She has worked at various local gyms in town as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. Her enthusiasm and need to move led her to a fulfilling career in Massage Therapy, allowing her to explore alternative methods and modalities to treat and care for the human body. Athletes that Holly most commonly work with in training and massage therapy include rock-climbers, triathletes, runners, cyclists.
Holly’s massage therapy practice includes a variety of manual techniques including deep tissue, myofascial release, passive and active modalities that are seamlessly integrated with General Swedish Massage.
Holly believes in a well rounded holistic approach to therapy. In her treatments you can expect a thorough assessment before and after treatments, homecare involving strengthening exercises, stretching, mobility, and tips for stress management.
Holly’s interests include hiking, trail running, cycling, triathlon, strength training and rock-climbing.
