Lori received her massage training at MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in Alberta and graduated in 2014 with honors.
She does not have RMT designation in B.C. and will be using her expertise as our lead Relaxation Therapist️ offering a variety of modalities.
Lori is equipped with the knowledge and experience to provide a blend of therapeutic and relaxation massage as well as other modalities including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, manual lymphatic drainage, deep tissue and cupping.
Lori has a caring and compassionate approach to her treatments. Even with a therapeutic massage, her massages include an element of relaxation and flow.
She is a mother of three grown boys, and lives in the beautiful Sidney area. She enjoys cooking, pottery, art, nature, fitness and an overall balanced lifestyle.
She believes the healing power of touch is a necessary part of our overall sense of well being.
